Lorne Wallace
President & CEO, RAS Developments
Lorne Wallace is the President & CEO of RAS Developments, Inc., a Phoenix-based real estate development firm specializing in built-for-rent (BTR) communities and multi-family investment projects throughout the Greater Phoenix market. With more than 20 years of experience spanning engineering, construction, development, and investment strategy, Lorne has built a reputation for delivering high-performing real estate projects with exceptional investor returns.
An engineer by training, Lorne began his career after earning a degree in Electrical Engineering and leading cross-country operational optimization teams for Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, General Motors, Ford, and Unilever. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding a successful IT consulting company before applying his process-engineering expertise to Arizona residential construction and large-scale development.
Since founding RAS Developments in 2016, Lorne has overseen the delivery of more than 400 residential units across multiple successful BTR communities totaling over $65 million in completed project sales. Under his leadership, RAS has consistently delivered projects on time, on budget, and above investor proforma expectations, achieving average investor returns ranging from 25% to 50%+.
In addition to RAS Developments, Lorne previously founded BridgePoint Home Ownership, Inc., a Phoenix-based renovate-to-rent platform that generated a 71% average net ROI on invested capital while helping families transition toward homeownership. His experience also includes modular development projects across the United States and Canada, including large-scale residential communities in Montana, North Dakota, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.
Today, Lorne continues to lead the strategic growth of RAS Developments through institutional-quality multi-family, mixed-use, and built-for-rent developments designed to create long-term value for investors and communities alike.

Adam Wallace
Founder, AW Residential & WALL2WALL Consultancy
Adam Wallace is a Scottsdale, AZ based real estate investor, developer and consultant. Originally from Toronto, ON, Mr. Wallace is a graduate of Western University and has extensive real estate experience that spans from real estate private equity and development to leasing, property management, renovations and urban planning.
In 2020, Adam applied all of his industry experience and contacts towards the inception of WALL2WALL Consultancy Company, a boutique consulting firm that provides underwriting, engineering and plan development, construction management, exit strategy planning and multifamily marketing strategies to small scale real estate investors in the Phoenix area. Shortly thereafter, Adam founded AW Residential — a residential real estate development firm focused on subdivision and multifamily development.
As a founding member of The Aurelian Circle, Mr. Wallace brings his project analysis and investment background to identify and qualify high quality real estate investments for club members, along with his active consulting experience to provide education and advisory services to our valued members.

Natalie Victoria DiBlasi
CEO & Founder, The DiBlasi Group - Co-Founder, BLASIWOLF
A seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, Natalie is also the co-leader of LACED Agency, an award-winning advertising and marketing firm that manages multi-million-dollar budgets for corporate and mid-sized clients and delivers results. She built the agency from the ground up — without startup capital — through strategic outreach, high-impact pitching, and relentless execution. She has spoken at numerous conferences across the US sharing digital marketing strategies and how to drive results on a small budget.
In tandem with LACED Agency - Natalie is the Founder and leader of The DiBlasi Group, a real estate development company focused on acquisitions for cash-flowing multifamily assets, with strategic expansion into commercial, retail, hospitality, affordable housing, modular multifamily, and ground-up development. Natalie is also the CoFounder and Managing Partner of BLASIWOLF - a dynamic real estate investment partnership focused on developing a boutique apartment brand in Buffalo, NY. Currently, Natalie is renovating multifamily Victorian apartment buildings, a beachhouse duplex, and other commercial development projects.
As a Capital Raiser, Natalie has raised more than $3.24 million in the last year alone (2025) for investment deals backed by real estate property hard assets (both hers and others). She has generated both retirement wealth and fast cash for more than 35+ different investors in short-term debt fund structures, and she is just getting started. As a founding member of The Aurelian Circle, Natalie is passionate about connecting professionals with high-quality investment opportunities designed to help families build and preserve long-term wealth.
Natalie brings over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry as a professional actress and screenwriter. She co-owns the production company Snowball In The Desert and continues to collaborate and develop film projects alongside her husband, an accomplished film director and screenwriter.
Passionate about empowering women through real estate education, Natalie also founded REI Property Queens, a free private community dedicated to helping women learn real estate investing, build partnerships, and create financial freedom through ownership and entrepreneurship in the world of real estate investing.
Happily married for ten years, Natalie shares her life with her husband and five beloved cats — including two rescues and three strays — adding joy to her already dynamic lifestyle.

Dr. Stacey DeWolf
CEO & Founder, Aetheria Investments - Co-Founder, BLASIWOLF
Dr. Stacey DeWolf is a former physician, medical entrepreneur, and real estate investor focused on helping professionals build long-term wealth through strategic investing, passive income, and business ownership. After a successful career in healthcare and medical practice management, Stacey transitioned into full-time real estate investing, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience in medical consulting, operations, and commercial real estate management to her ventures.
As the Founder and CEO of Aetheria Investments, Stacey actively acquires and manages single-family home and duplex renovation projects, specializing in value-add fix-and-flip opportunities focused on revitalizing properties and increasing long-term asset value. With extensive experience in renovations, budgeting, operations, and project management, she approaches each investment with a disciplined focus on execution, efficiency, and strategic growth. In 2026, Aetheria Investments is expanding into modular multifamily development as part of its broader vision for scalable, high-quality residential housing.
Stacey is also the Co-Founder of BLASIWOLF, a boutique real estate investment and development company launched alongside Natalie Victoria DiBlasi. Together, they are developing a boutique apartment brand in Buffalo, NY, with strategic expansion into commercial, retail, hospitality, and ground-up development projects.
Through Aetheria Investments, BLASIWOLF, and affiliated ventures, Stacey remains committed to developing high-quality real estate assets while empowering entrepreneurs, physicians, and professionals to diversify beyond traditional income models and create generational wealth.
As a mother of three, Stacey balances family life and entrepreneurship with resilience, focus, and purpose — leading with a long-term vision for both business growth and lasting impact.
